Alki Beach House
We wanted to take advantage of the beachfront location of this small mid-century home on Alki beach. Huge tilt-turn windows open up the living areas, making the home feel much larger. We added ipe decking to the front and the back to extend the living area outside. A sleek minimalist kitchen kept clean lines with open shelving and a kitchen window that accordioned to provide a seamless space to the outside.
