This project started as a landscape renovation, then evolved into a full renovation including a kitchen addition, stair reconfiguration, outdoor kitchen and new garage with rooftop deck. With careful attention to detail, we leveled the house and supported key features as we added new floor joists and structural details to the 100-year-old home. In the end, we created a beautiful space that keeps its original character while giving the clients amazing indoor-outdoor options.
