The final stretch before our clients move into their new home. In collaboration with @boardandvellum the scope includes a full interior renovation, an addition, and a reimagining of the exterior and surrounding landscape. From the material selections to the finishing touches, there’s plenty we’re looking forward to sharing.

Overlooking Elliot Bay and the downtown skyline, this backyard was reimagined to make the most of every square foot - a priority when dealing with compact lots in the Queen Anne neighborhood. A new retaining wall expands the yard, while a larger main-floor patio overlooks a swim spa and fire pit seating area — creating an inviting settle for relaxing and gather outdoors.
