With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Matt has managed complex, high-end projects across luxury residential markets throughout the Western United States. His deep appreciation for craftsmanship and detail is rooted in a lifelong passion for woodworking, architecture, and interior design—an approach that aligns naturally with Proform’s commitment to quality and thoughtful execution.

Outside of work, he enjoys travel, food, art, live music, surfing, boating, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He and his wife—also his best friend—have spent the past nine years thoughtfully restoring their landmark Victorian home on Bainbridge Island, originally built in 1892, and have completed much of the work themselves. He is also a proud father of two teenage boys and can most often be found on the sidelines, cheering them on at baseball games.
