Michael Mueller’s journey in design and construction has taken him around the world through diverse projects. After graduating from architecture school, he sought hands-on work, building eco-huts in Morocco, remodeling historic buildings in Spain, and working with a timber felling crew in Oregon. He later launched a design/build furniture shop in Manhattan before relocating to Washington during the pandemic, focusing on fine-tuned finish carpentry in the San Juan Islands. 

 

At Proform Builds, Michael enjoys the hands-on construction process and values the supportive, organized team that helps him bring architectural visions to life. Outside of work, he is passionate about cinematography, music, and culinary arts, reflecting his appreciation for craftsmanship and creativity.
